It seems like you have taken the gel image at higher brightness. Sample loading is not good. You should spread the sample equally in the well to get a crisp and sharp band. Moreover, the sample volume is large. You should decrease the sample volume.
I disagree, the marker looks fine, the image just does not have a high resolution and therefore looks grainy. Yes, there are some smudges on the gel, but this - as we all know - sometimes happens. Just load less PCR product and you will see a sharper band.
In addition to what Sabine Strehl said, your product looks like it has a low molecular weight. Bands below 500 base pairs look diffuse on 1% agarose gels because...well they literally are diffusing through the gel as its running. Often to get good separation at this size range you need to make a 1.25-2% gel. You can see some diffusion happening with the ladder also, it just looks less dramatic because the ladder bands are at a much lower concentration. Running at a lower voltage would probably make it worse in this case.
If possible in the future I also suggest uploading the actual image files from the gel imager - it looks like this was taken as a phone picture of an image on a dirty display monitor which probably makes the gel look sloppier than it really is.
