La manera de calcular el tamaño de mercado para productos procesados sin envasar (artesanal, o tecnología), casi natural, para lo cual sería estimar indirectamente la cantidad de ofertantes de ese rubro Estadística Alemana, Otra forma la cantidad de exportadores de los productos mencionados, En último de los casos investigación de mercado, pero creo sería su costo muy alto.
