Any other method for coating polymer material on ITO glass other than drop-casting?
Any precaution I have to take during Drop casting because I have tried drop-casting but it does not give uniform coating and my material is not dispersed in solvent properly I have used other solvents too (i used binder too).
please help me out with this question
You can certainly use other techniques to coat uniform films on ITO glass substrates such as spin-coating, bar coating and spray coating. Prior to the coating, you need to clean ITO substrates throughly. Many cleaning methods could be employed such as solvents or detergent type and DI water to remove the surface contaminants. Drying your ITO and treatment on ITO using either plasma or UV ozone or solvent to make ITO surface hydrophilic.
After that you can coat your polymer solutions.
Ajay A.P. Tripathi Standard processing of ITO glass is used in the display business (LCD & EL). The coating of a photoresist (a UV reactive polymer solution) is normally via (Headway) spin coating although dip coating has been employed in the history.
I agree that substrate and liquid cleanliness is vital and would only consider employing Class 100 or better conditions. In the past on RG I provided a cleaning regime we used in the LCD business for ITO coated glass.

U can try using spin coating method,
also, U can use electrodeposition technique if u use charged polymer
I recommend electro-polymerization of monomer on ITO directly, you could get uniform film. Also, you could adjust and change the preparation parameters. Spin coating and dip coating could be used. You should use suitable solvent for your polymer; check literature of the used polymer. Pay attention for cleaning of ITO before use. All the best
