Hi everyone, for a thesis project I have to modify the micro-structural properties of pure Cu flat plate of dimension 25 X 25 sq. cm . As I tried searching the available literature, I found a lot of literature on Cu alloys and Cu wires.
I know that techniques like annealing, quenching, tempering etc might be applicable, I just wanted to get some suggestions regarding to making changes in a flat plate of specified dimensions and what parameters should I use.
Could someone suggest me papers related to modification of micro-structure of flat plate copper?
