The common intention of the common people to get some drugs/medicines to get relief from all kinds of health problems is A TOTALLY WRONG CONCEPT AND TOTALLY WRONG ASSUMPTION.

The health problems created by the wrong lifestyle (include food style, drink style, sleeping style, rest style, working style, etc.) should be treated without any medicine.

If any medicine is given to treat such problems, many other more serious health problems may arise due to the intake of such medicines!

We should remember, all the medicines are having side effects and all the medicines will act as some poisons above a certain dose and use more than a certain time continuously.

For Histamin Headache (the said problem may be of this category), continuous use of anti-histaminic drugs and anti-inflammatory drugs may cause diseases like GASTRIC ULCER and also such many others.

Even herbal medicines for this disease, if any, should not be taken without the proper guidance of experts.
