Thaw the components completely, i.e. until you don't see any ice inside, liquid only. Do it at RT only (no particular heating), by rolling tubes between your hands. Gentle vortexing from time to time helps. Depending on the volume in the tubes, it may take 1 minute or more. Centrifuge the tubes briefly to bring contents to the bottom of the tube (spin down). Thawing reagents is always the same, unless otherwise indicated on the vials (e.g. whether the is a precipitate, but this is not your case).
The easiest way for me isthawing at 4°C until you don't see ice. Then vortex a few seconds and spin down. In that way you ensure that all components are very well mixed.
