Suggest me any paper where bismuth oxide is binding or strengthening the hydrogen bond during the binding mechanism of its composites.how the metal oxide nano particle enhances the H bonding?

The publication entitled " Metastable β-Bi2O3 Nanoparticles with Potential for Photocatalytic Water Purification Using Visible Light Irradiation" contained in the following link indicates that the hydrogen-bonding ability of the as-prepared β-Bi2O3 nanoparticles is lower compared to the other mentioned oxides. Note that, Saison et al. described the absence of Brønsted acid sites on α-Bi2O3 which might be taken as confirmation of our assumption that β-Bi2O3 nanoparticles show a low hydrogen-bonding ability.
