Is there any problem if I storage PCR products after purification (from gel or PCR reaction) so that would be used for sequencing (sanger) for less than one month at 4° or -20°C ?

clean PCR product in TE buffer at -20c , its ok for sequencing .In my opinion, to determine the complete and good sequence of the PCR product ,you should clone your PCR product in TA-vector and then sequencing by universal primer (such as T7,M13,...primers).

This is possible, but I'd rather do the cleaning of the PCR product one day before the sequencing reaction. You'd better leave the PCR stored before the cleaning step. Or you can do all the steps: PCR, cleaning, sequencing reaction and precipitation. Once you have the DNA precipitated, you can store it at room temperature without light. And when I do my PCR, I do with all the reagents at room temperature (25ºC). If I do my PCRs with the reagents a little frosty, sometimes the PCR does not work.
