I would like to prepare a sterile solution for injection of animals under my experiment with 1,3-ᴅ-glucan. but it was recorded that, steam autoclave affects the criteria of the extract.

So, I am asking for a help to know the best method for sterilization of Paramylon( Kemin) which is a linear, unbranched beta-1,3-ᴅ-glucan polymer that is isolated from the single-cell microalga Euglena gracilis???
