I'm curious to hear more about how you implemented the technique. When looking at the benefits, it seems they are inherent in the Delphi technique, so why the modified version?

For example, in the traditional Delphi technique:

• Dominant participants are neutralised: The same. Because answers are blinded nobody knows which answers are coming from whom.
• It improves validity- since you are giving time to the researchers one by one: I'm unclear here. Normally in the Delphi technique you have each participant answering to the moderator, to ensure anonymity, so I do not understand what it means to give time "one by one" unless you mean giving time to each answer, irrespective of the researcher.
• Incorporates diverse perspectives from the experts: Right, this is the nature of the Delphi technique
• Facilitates healthy discussion: Again, this is the nature of the Delphi technique

So, what problem were you trying to solve? What were some of the different perspectives that came up during discussions?
