I am doing virulence gene expression analysis of Staphylococcus aureus in LB medium and FBS. The overnight culture in LB was as usual, but in the FBS there was only like yarn with strings. I repeated it twice and tried another FBS, but it was the same. I tried to isolate RNA and i did get cDNK which i successfully used for qPCR. But i am still confused what happened...
