Dear esteemed colleagues,

I have a conflict in the formal calculation of the concentration of sulfuric acid by the primary standard TRIS-buffer, I know from the chemical reaction that 1 mole of sulfuric acid = 2 moles of tris-buffer so the calculation equation is as follows

C(H2SO4) = wt of tris /0.061*volume consumed from H2SO4.

am I right?
