Does anyone have any experience of staining Breast cancer sections with the following antibodies from DAKO (Agilent):
Rabbit anti-human Eostrogen receptor α
Clone: EP1, Cat#: M3643.
Mouse anti-human Progesterone receptor
Clone: PgR 1294, Cat#: M3568.
Mouse anti-human E-Cadherin
Clone: NCH-38, Cat#: M3612.
Specifically I would like to know the best dilutions to use?
We will be running the samples on a Bond Rx, using either the Leica DAB or Refine Red detection systems.
Also if anyone has any suggestions for alternative antibodies that they have used to stain FFPE Breast cancer sections it would be much appreciated.

I have good experience with your E-cadherin: it works very well using a buffer pH 6 water bath and a 1: 100 dilution. Your next antibody - Progesterone receptor: works very well using a buffer pH 9 water bath and a 1: 100 dilution.
There is no experience with the Estrogen receptor of the clone. We use EP1 clone. It works very well using a water bath - pH9 buffer and 1:40 dilution.
