Hi everyone

Need your kind help regarding the stability and the particle size distribution.

I have prepared water based nanofluid at the following concentrations of carbon nanotubes (MWCNT and OHMWCNT) (0.005 wt%, 0.01, 0.05, and 0.1wt%) in 0.03 wt%SDS aqueous solution.

I have found (0.05 wt%OHMWCNT+0.03 wt%SDS) & (0.1 wt% OHMWCNT+0.03 wt%SDS) are more stable with smaller particle size compared with same solution of MWCNT. while at lower concentration, (0.005 wt%MWCNT+0.03 wt%SDS) & (0.01 wt% MWCNT+0.03 wt%SDS) MWCNT are more stable with lower particle size compared to OHMWCNT solutions.

Why the behavior is changed at low concentrations?

does 0.03% SDS play role here?

Thanks
