I need a software able to forecast inflow for reservoir operation. I am working in a mutireservoir system in a subcatchment with few observed data of inflow.So, I can´t generate a stream flow series througth hydrologic modeling. I need a software that generate a syntethic stream flow with few information.

Many Hydrologic model can be used to estimate water discharge in to the reservoir, that can be downloaded freely, such as: HEC-HMS (http://www.hec.usace.army.mil/software/hec-hms/),
SWAT (http://swat.tamu.edu/),
IFAS (http://www.icharm.pwri.go.jp/research/ifas/)..
Which model we use, depend on the available data in the study area. You can find in the link of web site.

Regardless of the model you choose, you need to have precipitation data to drive it. Therefore, I suggest your first step is to figure out how to obtain precipitation data.

There are different mathematical models are used for this purpose. Recently I published my conference paper on river flow analysis. I used statistical software GMDH Shell 3 for finding thee missing data. This software can be helpful for you, just check it.

You can use rainfall-runoff hydrologic model like sugawara tank model, mock model etc. To use the model, you must have rainfall data.
