I want to do small RNA Next Generation Sequencing. To publish my paper in a high impact journal, do I need to take at least 2 replicates or pooling the sample without any replicate would work. I will really appreciate you kind suggestion.
Depends on what your aim is. In general, at least 3 replicates is good and you should not pool samples.
