Dear All

One of my analysis is check antibacterial activity using zone inhibition test. The result found is no colony appear on the disc. The reason is might be high molecular weight, chemical reactivity and lack solubility that make dragon fruit extract exhibit small diffusivity effect that results in reduced antibacterial activities. Is there any explanation about high molecular weight, chemical reactivity and lack solubility ?
