If the flow is really laminar, so you should expect to get more appropriate results with k-w model than the k-e, as the k-w model is actually a low Reynolds model (If you apply the low Reynolds assumption which I think is the default case in Fluent). Being used mostly for transition flows, I think the k-w model should be better behaved in laminar flows. So your results seem reasonable, I guess.

actually i am new to ansys fluent and this is my master thesis project and in it i have to justify why they are equal? Can you refer me some paper for that?

Actually, the understanding of the turbulence models needs a very deep detailed study, which I am not an expert as well (That's a pity!). But I suggest to read one of the turbulence modeling text books to get more insight, such as: Turbulence modeling for CFD by D. Wilcox chapter 4, section 4.3 and section 4.9

Is your flow problem really turbulent? The model you used are based on the solution of the RANS equations, a statistically averaged formulation, therefore your solution is statistically steady. The turbulence model acts by interpreting the unresolved fluctuations on all the the scales in terms of a supplementary action of the diffusion of the momentum. Thus, the solution can resemble a laminar flow but if you look carefully to the velocity profile you should discover differences...I suggest to study the topic in a good textbook.

If you solve Rans model in lamniar flow, you will find turbulence parameter equal to zero and the result of turbulence model transport equation goes to trivial solution.

The similarity is coincident!You need to know in advance if the flow is laminar or not!then do the calculation!
