Silvaco TCAD-Deckbuild launcher exiting Command Exit Code = -1073741819?

After automatically PC system updating, I can no long successfully run deckbuild. The program keeps crashing and displaying error prompts: Deckbuild launcher exiting: Command Exit Code = -1073741819.（See attached picture） Although I have tried to re-install the software and re-register licenses, this problem persists. Can anyone do me a favor to resolve this trouble? Many thanks~
