Silencing or neutralizing antibody?

I would like to know If I want to see the biological effect of stromal (CAF) COL11A1 NOT cytoplasmic ,which one should I opt for silencing and overexpression assay or neutralizing COL11A1 antibody and exogenous recombinant human COL11A1?
