After two days of inoculation I placed my Fusarium cultures (in Carnation Leaf Agar medium) under N-UV (395nm) light at 25 Celcius for 12 days now (12 hr N-UV/ 12hr Dark cycle). Still sporodochia is not formed. What I want to know is, (i) transfer the culture to NUV cabinet immediately after inoculation or (ii) allow the culture to grow completely and then transfer to NUV light?
I usually incubate them immediately at NUV and I start seeing sporodochia after 5 days. Do you know which species you are investigating? It maybe just a slow sporulating species.

Dr. Ali Naser, thank you for the suggestions. I will improve my research settings accordingly. Many research papers I read had used N-UV as a standard for Fusarium sporulation. But non of them mentioned the wattage of the bulb or intensity. I tried under fluorescent light once but only one of my isolates sporulated.
The book with title " The Fusarium Laboratory Manual" is maybe a good reference for your question.
