Should we do the compensation to PE and PE-Cy7?

Hello.

I'm doing the experiment about detect of MICA/B and ULBP families on cancer cell.

The antibodies that i used is MICA/B(e-bioscience 320918, PE-Cy7) and ULBP2/5/6(rndsystems FAB1298P, PE).

I know that their emission was very far and any overlap spectra.

But, when i did the 2-color staining to same samples, there's only PC7 emission with no PE emssion. I did the 1-color staining to PE to same samples, I detect the PE emission.

I cannot understand and guess why this results happened.

Does anyone had same situation?

Please advice me.
