University is always thought as a both teaching and research place. And we sometime even cant say that from both teaching or research one is less as compared to other, right? So should there be any course load reduction for the faculty who is publishing in top tier journals of conferences?
What is your university name and criteria regarding this?
Depends on how much emphasis the university places importance on research over teaching.
