I think that the answer should be yes, if the publication should follow the fair way and if it has real scientific value to the society.

Perharps it's now the steering wheel which shaped my teaching.

In better academic endeavor, we have to three important activities:

1. Teaching

2. Research and publication

3. Consultancy and extention activities
