During cystoscopy before laser prostatectomy you find a nodular bladder suspicious growth. Would you proceed after resecting that growth or prefer to wait for histopathology?
I believe it should be then a small tumour that it was not shown during per operative radiological investigations. I would then respect the bladder tumour and proceed for prostatectomy without waiting for pathology.
In clinical practice, we prefer resection of suspicious bladder lesion then we usually wait the histopatological results, without any prostatic intervention.

In my practice, i Will perform a TURBT and postpone laser prostatectomy
The main reason is not waiting for histopathology but spillage of tumoral cells that theoritically could seed on prostatic respected fossa
I think that it would be better if you do TURBO and wait for the results of histopsthology
