I have received similarity report of 2 of my papers that are accepted for publication recently 1 with 3% and the other with 13% similarity and were positively reported by reviewer/editor
Can it be possible to process each paper for detection of plagiarism before peer-reviewing
How should we stop infollution/information pollution
