Predatory journals put names in their Editorial board from different countries (often without consent) to give the journal an international look. In this case also it seems to be so!
They are predatory journals no doubt, but, sometimes we have to look into peer reviewed journals as well. Your articles are rejected citing so many reasons, but, if particular name or particular degree or particular region or particular amount of publishing fee is added similar article will be prioritized. Predatory journals are harmful but sometimes these very journals give platform for lesser known authors a platform for publication. I know my opinion will be criticized severely but I am playing devil's advocate.
