Hello everybody,

we are growing Sf-900 cells but have a problem. After thawing the cells, they grow fast and are the right size and shape. However, after splitting the cells into new flasks the growth slows down considerably and the cells start dying. We used different medium combinations – SF-900 II SFM / SF-900 III SFM/SF-900 II SFM + FBS + antibiotics. We keep the cells in the right temperature, work in sterile environment, use fresh medium. Does anybody have an idea what he problem could be? Thank you.
