I am now having a human serum with the mixture of T3 and T4 with T4 concentration is 100 times bigger than T3 concentration.

The anti-T3 antibody that I already had does not have high specificity, so I got interfered by T3 with results in bad results.

Do you know which method to separate or remove T4 in a human serum before detecting T3?
