Does anyone have a paper or any document for calculated sensitivity coefficients used in uncertainty calculations for HPLC assay methods, UV assay methods and pH measurement methods??
I know it can be obtained by varying each parameter and studying the how much this variation affects the final result. This is a relatively tedious method and I need to know if someone has already calculated them in his/her work.

Despite, the fact that when the vibrational bands are much sharp, the chemometric data show a significant negative affect on the reliability of the quantitative data. So that, the quantification, with vibrational spectroscopic methods does not represent so trivial task, but, definitely is statistically more representative, comparing with the UV-VIS method which shows spectroscopic patterns of strongly overlapped and low number of bands.
