I am working on the phosphorylation of cytidine analogs and would like a robust way to separate the nucleoside from the nucleotides. I plan on working on the gram scale, so an anionic exchange resin would be nice, but I don't have the funds for an HPLC column. Seeing the long list of various exchangers, I would love any feedback. For your information, my reaction mixture will have the nucleoside, the nucleotide, and proton sponge; the other reagents/solvents will wash away quickly.
