Hi Ali ,i think that It must be direct because there is no callus phase and secondary embryo's come from somatic tissue of somatic embryo .

yes, there is no callus phase, but Some sources of direct and In some other of has been indirect !!?
In my Books Direct somatic embryogenesis is described to be from plant tissue without callus .secondary embryogenesis is use of somatic embryo (plant tissue and no callus) to product secondary embryo so secondary embryogenesis is direct .every source write his own understanding of somatic embryogenesis and this is the problem , somatic embryo is not callus and if we induce it to product somatic embryo's secondary embryo will be direct .

This is due to the direct creation of embryos.
But first we have to produce somatic embryos to produce secondary somatic embryos again, Which can be direct or indirect.
secondary somatic embryogenesis is the formation of new somatic embryos from mature somatic embryos in a continuous process.The somatic embryos when taken as explant and cultured on different media they start producing new somatic embryos which may be direct or indirect. so one cant say secondary embryos to be direct or indirect,it depends on the hormone or media u r using.
