On the Homepage of www.zoobank.org add a name of the group in the SEARCH space, for example: "new species Anura", or "Anura 2013", or simple "Anura" and you will get a list of publications with new named and new registered species of the required taxon.
For marine (and some freshwater) taxa: http://www.marinespecies.org/
Most of the groups are kept up-to-date by editors. Updates included generic and familial placements. For groups with active editors, new species can be added within two weeks.
