I'm working with H9 derived OPCs (human) (Merck). We used to detect the myelination with the antibody AB980 from Merck Milipore. Unfortunatly they took it out of range. We tried the anti-MBP from the clone 82-87 from several companies and the AB9348. All are not working.

Maybe someone of you also worked with the AB980 and has the same problem and has found an antibody that works as good as AB980?

Or is someone of you also working with H9 derived OPCs and can recommend a good MBP antibody?

We want to detect the myelin in ICC.
