Sartorius Sartoflow Administrator login issue - how to login?

Dear Colleagues!

Sartoflow was installed in a friendly laboratory, but there is no way to call a service engineer. And to install modules, you need to log in under the administrator login. Can anyone tell me the login and password for the administrator to edit the configuration?
