(i) I have modeled a simple 2D frame structure (2 columns and 1 beam). I would like to see the variation in the result by varying the different parameters such as, sizes of confinement bars, spacing between them, changing the number of rebars in columns or in a beam. For the same purpose, I use SAP2000 software and use section designer to define the sections (so that I can modify them accordingly). However, even though I change the parameters in columns or in a beam, the result is always the same (attached herewith).
(ii) But the result is different when I modify the dimension of the members (which is pretty reasonable). This kind of variation cannot be seen in (i) - which I think is not reasonable.
So, I am confused whether there could be something wrong while assigning or during the analysis 'OR' is it because the software SAP2000 don't handle such problem? Any help is appreciated.

Did you try to model only one column and see if the elastic behavior is the same that what you get with analytical study?
Did you check the material properties? maybe ur parameters are so big, pay attention to unit of parameters.
