I generally aliquote cell lysate sample in PCR tubes after protein estimation. Can I add loading dye to a sample in PCR tubes and heat the samples at 95C for 5min in PCR machine?
Is it ok doing it like this, Has anyone tried?
I usually do like this only, 99C for 10min in heating block
Thanks Ayan
so no problem heating sample in PCR machine.but why for 10 mins.generally every one say 5mins .
