Is it possible to isomerize eugenol to iso-eugenol with enzyme (isomerase class 5.3) ?
If you had such enzyme, yes.
However, KEGG has associated eugenol only with two enzymes, neither of them being isomerase

so if your question was, whether such enzyme exists, it probably doesn't and waits for you to discover it or create it :)
You can try with triose-phosphate isomerase, an enzyme (EC 5.3.1.1) that catalyzes the reversible interconversion of the triose phosphate isomers dihydroxyacetone phosphate and D-glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate.
Thank you for the responds Sir. We need to convert eugenol to isoeugenol without using RhCl3. I just though that using enzyme as catalyst would be the solution. Is there any solution... Thank you so much
