As per my knowledge, In LSDYNA, there is a provision for the Rigid body to give rotation using Boundary_Prescribed_Motion_Rigid. However, for my work, I would like to rotate the deformable body and deform it again continously. Any support or help or any leads in this regard would be highly appreciated.

I think you have multiple options to do this.
Option 1: Getting the output to deform coordinates, and then build them as a new part. to get the deformed coordinates you may follow this option: https://www.researchgate.net/post/LS-Dyna-help-How-can-I-carry-over-deformed-geometry-into-another-simulation-without-strains-stresses .
Here you can make a part based on the coordinates and then rotate this new part in a new assembly and run the simulation.
Option 2: Using the keyword of *INTERFACE_SPRINGBACK_LSDYNA
It is used for some subsequent analysis, worth checking this option.
Option 3: Combining the LS-Dyna with Abaqus will open more options. in this case, there are additional issues in binary formats and the different types of input files, But it is also doable with a little extra cording.
