Romm temperature (RT) is supposed to be ranged between 15 and 25 °C.

However, room temperature tends to be cooler in Northern countries and warmer in Southern countries. The same for the nychtemeral difference that may also vary. When this RT is not controlled, how can we measure the impact on assays carried out in such conditions?
