any protocol for eliminating RNA after DNA extraction without using phenol?

ya you can try with CTAB method with >1% PVP and .3% B- marcaptoethanol in the extraction buffer. Here you can use RNase instead of using B- marcaptoethanol and if you want to avoid phenol step, use Proteinase K. Best f luck.
