RNase induced degradation of synthetic siRNAs (19nt with 2nt 3' overhang?

Hello guys..

Can siRNAs (19 nt with 2 nt 3' overhang) be digested/degraded by RNAses? Although I never met this situation but if anyone has a reference paper in which it is mentioned that it can't be degraded by RNases, it would highly be appreciated?
