I am looking for a RNA/cDNA library obtained from purified human hematopoietic stem cells from patients with cancer and inflammatory diseases. Does anybody have access to this kind of material or know a repository where I can purchase it?

Your request is not so clear, you need HSC RNA from health and cancer patients. I think nobody has it or if has, the amount is low.
Because:
1- Isolation of HSC should be absolutely without any contamination with other cells and by this purification the count of HSC will be low and may be fail to RNA extraction or rich to low amount of RNA.
2- If you need, it better to discuss with oncologist. If s/he has patient for Bone marrow aspiration, after patient permission, you can have BM to isolate HSC and RNA extraction by known disease.
3- For health HSC, you can discuss to oncologist and health donor for Bone Marrow transplantation (BMT), if they permit, you will have normal HSC.
