Dear all,
I want to inject the FACS sorted iNKT cells into the mice liver. I am thinking of injecting retro-orbitally but I don't know how many cells will eventually reach the liver. Moreover, I have to infect the mice with virus one day after adoptive transfer, which is to be injected retro-orbitally also. Can anyone suggest a right method.

Tail vein injection is another option for intravascular injection and can be performed two days in a row.
Intra-splenic injection, which will require a simple operation is a good way to deliver cells to the liver as the splenic vein contacts to the portal vein leading into the liver.
