Respected RG scientiests, why the difference between RG and Google scholar citation of our research article?

why the difference between RG and Google scholar citation of our research article? in my case google scholar citation is 122 while RG citation 116 same publication uploaded. can any body explain it.

Google scholar number is accurate while RG takes time to update.
