That's not how this works. First, you need an idea for a good scientific study. Then you look for suitable cooperation partners who need to be proficient in the exact field you are trying to investigate and if that results in good data you can write a potentially impactful paper.

I highly recommend you to delete this question, because if a reputable potential cooperation partner gets a request from you, googles you and finds this, that would be a major turn-off.
