Could you give some details about the compounds, you are analysing ?

Which compound classes ?, did you collect some publications about the analytical methods of these compounds ? Do you need to clarify some special questions, that you could not solve alone or do you want to give a whole work package to a collaborating lab ? Which and how many extracts/plant/soil samples do you want to send ?

Thank you very much Ricarda Koopmann for your feedback, my samples are extracts from Euphorbiaceae plant family ( leaf and stem) and I am looking mainly for secondary metabolite compounds ( phenolic acids, flovonoids, flovonols, ...). I have already done the analysis by HPLC-Uv-MS/MS and I have the chromatograms and mass spectra. Unfortunately the instrument is not attached to a library to facilitate the identification of compounds and I am in the obligation to do this manually based on the literature. I am looking for someone to whom I can send the results (chromatograms and mass spectra) and who can do the identification of the compounds.

PS: - I only have two samples for this article

- six standards were used but none of the spectra fit the results
