Hello everyone,
I would like to know about how you can remove the different kinds of debris which are observed in the petridishes/flasks which contain cells in suspended form in the growth medium. Is there any effective method which can be implemented to get rid of these debris because these debris directly affect the concentration of RNA isolated from non-adherent cells?

You should try centrifuging at low speed (300g for 10 minutes ) or at about 800 rpm for 5 minutes. This should leave the debris in the supernatant and your cells at the bottom. Hope it helps!!!Good Luck
Centrifuging at low speed will be useful. I will suggest 90g for 10 minutes. the process should be repeated 3 or more times and supernatant removed at intervals.
It could be possible to centrifuge your cell mix over BSA at low speeds to isolate debris, and re-culture the cells on fresh media.
