Which techniques are more accurate and far-better for miRNA expression analysis. Is micro array or miRNA sequences tech? if RNA Sequence tech then please share article for initial understanding or research article in which it have been implicated.

That depends on what you want to achieve and your budget. RNASeq is very sensitive and good for discovering novel miRNAs, but is the most expensive and for low throughput. Microarray allows very high throughput, but the dynamic range is limited. So for known miRNAs that you wish to screen for for such things as biomarker profiling, qPCR is generally accepted as the best technique to use, as it is less expensive and has a good dynamic range.
look the limitation the platform. RNAseq will give you more advantage so far i working with this 2 platform.
Illumina offers a "Small" RNA-sequencing analysis, which I have analyzed before to quantify differential expression of small, non-coding RNA (see attached workflow). The basic concept is identical to that of RNA-sequencing, except for the fractionation of RNA to isolate the small RNA. Also, the Annotation file (.gtf) should be specifically for noncoding regions for microRNA-seq.
Disadvantes of microRNA-seq include cost (~$500/sample) and RNA quantity (usually ~50-100ug RNA needed for fractionation step).
