Literatures report that Magnetic Nanoparticles exhibit adverse effect on RBC by hemolysis process [1] , in such case how these particles are used in hyperthermia and other drug delivery applications . Even though the particles are coated with polymeric agent , what will be the fate of these nanoparticles and their effect on RBCs after releasing from polymeric shell. In another view [2,3] these particles were used in clinical trails to identify and treat cancers ; how come this process is possible if it induce hemolysis . Any literature to clarify these aspects ??
